Traversing through valleys and hills,
Confronting at times blizzards and chills,
I move further away from my town and home,
Wandering is my passion, and hence, I roam.
But now I wish to retrace my path,
No longer do I feel excited over the swathe,
For back home, my love, you are waiting for me,
The passion of the wandering heart has ceased to be.
Return will I soon leaving the hills and valleys behind,
A changed man in me, you will find,
As I vow to be ever and always by your side,
Together, let us happily take life’s joyous ride.
